Discovery & Fit
Every project starts with a conversation.
Our Discovery Call and intake form help us understand your business, goals and challenges. We’ll get to know each other and see whether we’re a good fit. If it’s a match, we’ll send over our plain-English contract and a deposit invoice so we can get started.

Planning Before Design
Before we build anything, we plan.
If you have an existing site, we review content, structure, and performance. We look at competitors, audience needs, and available data, and help clarify content direction. This phase often includes sitemap planning and content organization – because strong structure is the foundation of a successful site.

Design With Purpose
Design balances form and function.
Once direction is clear, we create wireframes to define layout and content flow across desktop and mobile. From there, we develop visual designs that reflect your brand through thoughtful use of typography, color, and spacing – refining the design through collaboration and revision.

Development & Testing
Approved designs are translated into clean, custom WordPress builds.
Sites are fully responsive, performance-minded, and built with maintainability in mind. We configure functionality carefully and test across browsers and devices to ensure everything works as expected before launch.

Launch & Ongoing Care
Launch is a process – not a scramble.
We follow a detailed checklist to handle redirects, forms, links, and final quality checks. After launch, projects include an initial period of hosting and transition into our WP Minder Care Plans, providing ongoing updates, backups, security, and support.
The goal isn’t just a successful launch – it’s long-term stability and peace of mind.
